How long will my order take?
Any orders placed before 12:00 pm can be shipped out the same day via Ground/Express from all carriers, provided they are in stock and available.
You will receive an order confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long does it take to restock an item?
All products are shipped as soon as they are available, and many are shipped on a per order basis. We try to keep extra stock of all sizes but since certain items may be reserved ahead of shipment date, any out of stock or unavailable item will be placed on backorder, until they are in stock.
What is the easiest and fastest way to place an order?
Fastest way to place an order for Canadian customers is to send us a PO to orders@dbiomed.com. This allows us to accommodate your order and give you immediate delivery dates and if alternatives are available for out of stock items.
For website customers we encourage you to sign up for an account and speak with us about an exclusive pricefile. You will have access to an account with pricing specific to your lab. This is the best way to take advantage of website only discounts.
